Supporting Our Veterans
Hand-painted kegs that raise money and recognition for the people who served.
One Keg Opened the Door
It began with the USS Concord keg, which I painted as a gift for my father. When I brought it to Prosperity Brewers, an employee of United Way saw it, loved it, and put me in touch with the man who runs Mission United.
We met and made a plan for a veterans night at the brewery. For that night I painted a USMC keg to raffle off, and the raffle raised over $700 for veterans.
From there I was connected with two more organizations doing important work for veterans in South Florida.
